Fast Park | Il sistema Fast Park^®

Il Fast Park® è il sistema originale e innovativo per realizzare una sopraelevazione delle aree di parcheggio esistenti e raddoppiare, in tempi rapidissimi, il numero dei posti auto. Gli elementi modulari prefabbricati che lo compongono vengono assemblati direttamente sulle pavimentazioni dei piazzali interessati, senza alcun bisogno di fondazioni fisse e possono essere eventualmente smontati e rimontati su aree con diversa conformazione plano-altimetrica. Il sistema Fast Park® si configura pertanto come un parcheggio semi-permanente, cioè stabile e durevole ma allo stesso tempo reversibile, ideale per contribuire a risolvere il problema della sosta, adattandosi con flessibilità ai diversi contesti ambientali e alle diverse situazioni urbanistiche.

Fast Park | Arredo e integrazione ambientale

A livello progettuale ogni intervento con il sistema Fast Park® viene effettuato in considerazione della componente ambientale, sempre nell'ottica di una migliore compatibilità con l'assetto urbanistico. L'ampia gamma di complementi architettonici permette al Fast Park® anche di essere personalizzato secondo le esigenze dell'utenza, ad esempio attraverso la fornitura dei seguenti elementi di arredo: Fioriere a cassetta al piano terra con superficie in breccia lavata Fioriere in vetroresina alloggiate in armatura di sostegno al primo piano Pannelli in elementi grigliati al piano terra

Fast Park | Impianti tecnici

I parcheggi realizzati con il sistema Fast Park® vengono forniti in opera completi di tutti gli impianti che ne garantiscono il corretto funzionamento. Illuminazione del piano coperto Illuminazione del piano sopraelevato (a richiesta) Impianto di messa a terra e protezione da scariche elettriche Segnaletica stradale orizzontale, verticale e di sicurezza Impianto antincendio Gli impianti tecnici vengono forniti in conformità alle normative attualmente vigenti in Italia. Le specifiche tecniche dei componenti del sistema Fast Park®, ove installato nel resto d'Europa, sono adeguate ed in conformità alle specifiche legislazioni locali.

Fast Park | Concessionari e stoccaggio autovetture

La velocità di installazione è una componente fondamentale nelle realizzazioni del sistema Fast Park® presso concessionari e aree di stoccaggio di autoveicoli. Per questo tipo di attività commerciali il sistema Fast Park® rappresenta un investimento capace di ampliare i servizi offerti alla clientela, senza lunghi ed onerosi cantieri. La sopraelevazione delle aree permette di adibire il piano coperto a zona attrezzata per la mostra delle vetture mentre il piano superiore viene destinato a deposito.

Fast Park | Rivestimenti e finiture

A completamento della struttura Fast Park® e per consentire un gradevole inserimento ambientale sono disponibili pannellature di rivestimento di varie tipologie e colori. Pannelli di rivestimento: Pannelli prefabbricati in calcestruzzo rifiniti in superficie con breccia lavata in varie colorazioni, Pannelli realizzati con pietre speciali (marmo, travertino, ecc.) Fast Park | Montaggio e smontaggio

I dispositivi di regolazione e l'impostazione modulare garantiscono un meccanismo di montaggio semplice, veloce ed efficace. Inoltre, il sistema Fast Park® offre la possibilità di essere facilmente smontato ed eventualmente rimontato in un'altra area di parcheggio. Tutti i componenti della struttura così come il piano impalcato, possono essere completamente riutilizzati in una successiva re-installazione. Sul luogo d'origine non rimane nessun materiale residuo permanente nell'area di posa in quanto non esistono fondazioni di tipo tradizionale. Il Fast Park® non genera sul territorio alcun impatto di tipo geologico, archeologico ed idrogeologico. L'utilizzo del sistema Fast Park® è indicato nella redazione e nelle fasi d'attuazione di piani urbanistici: il vantaggio è quello di poter utilizzare il territorio in maniera temporanea e non vincolante, risolvendo anche questioni amministrative e burocratiche che potrebbero rendere impossibili interventi sulle aree interessate.

Fast Park | Dispositivi di regolazione

Il sistema Fast Park® si compone di elementi modulari (5,00 m x 5,00 m) in acciaio zincato a caldo atti a realizzare una intelaiatura portante di colonne e travature. Alla base della colonna è presente un dispositivo di regolazione che permette da un lato di assorbire le pendenze o i salti di quota del piano di posa e, dall'altro, di livellare le superfici del piano sopraelevato. La piastra di appoggio a contatto con il piano di posa asfaltato è in grado di ripartire e trasmettere un carico compatibile con la resistenza del suolo; al centro della piastra, uno snodo sferico assicura la verticalità della colonna alla quale è collegato mediante una vite filettata su cui scorre un dado idoneo a regolare l'altezza della colonna stessa. I pilastri sono collegati da controventi regolabili che garantiscono la possibilità di eliminare gli stati di sollecitazione anomali sugli elementi strutturali. Grazie alle specifiche progettuali e all'originalità del sistema costruttivo la struttura Fast Park® garantisce un montaggio rapido ed efficace, una manutenzione semplice ed un eventuale successivo riutilizzo degli elementi strutturali in altre aree.

Il Fast Park® è la soluzione concreta ai problemi della sosta e si adatta con grande flessibilità ai vari contesti applicativi. 

Fast Park | Finanziamento

Per facilitare l'acquisto dei parcheggi Fast Park®, è stato messo a punto un sistema di finanziamento in leasing finanziario ammortizzabile in soli cinque anni di corretta gestione del parcheggio. Questa soluzione, realizzata tramite banche di garantita affidabilità e serietà, risulta particolarmente indicata per le Amministrazioni Comunali che vogliono risolvere il problema del traffico e della sosta, decidendo di investire nel mercato dei parcheggi. La gestione delle aree destinate a parcheggio Fast Park®, infatti, consente di generare un costante flusso di cassa capace di coprire sia le spese di gestione e manutenzione che i ratei del leasing necessario per la costruzione di tale infrastruttura. La rapidità di montaggio del sistema Fast Park®, rende inoltre molto breve la durata del debito contratto per il finanziamento in leasing, garantendo alla collettività la possibilità di usufruire in tempi brevissimi del parcheggio stesso. Di fatto, si ottengono risultati ben diversi rispetto ad operazioni finanziarie atte all'acquisizione di strutture tradizionali per la sosta ed il traffico (ad esempio: parcheggi multipiano, box auto, ecc.). Un corretto uso del sistema di parcheggio Fast Park® insieme ad interventi periodici di manutenzione contribuiscono a mantenere nel tempo la funzionalità, le caratteristiche di qualità, l'efficienza e il valore economico della struttura e, inoltre, a garantirne un utilizzo in completa sicurezza. Durante il primo anno di vita della struttura Fast Park®, si effettuano dei controlli periodici, in quanto proprio durante questo arco di tempo, la struttura si adatta alle caratteristiche del sito di installazione e si effettua un adeguato bilanciamento tensionale degli elementi strutturali.

La struttura Fast Park® è realizzabile in zona sismica? Si. Grazie ad elementi di rinforzo la struttura resiste alle forze generate dal sisma, senza alcuna ripercussione sulla stabilità e sulla sicurezza del parcheggio. Quale è la durabilità della struttura? Essendo realizzato con materiali di qualità, il sistema Fast Park® è altamente resistente agli agenti atmosferici e chimici e se ne assicura la massima durabilità nel tempo. Tutti gli elementi metallici sono sottoposti al processo di zincatura a caldo che fornisce all'acciaio una doppia protezione, fisica ed elettrolitica. Il piano carrabile, composto da calcestruzzo e manto di usura garantisce notevole resistenza meccanica e impermeabilità e un livello trascurabile di rumorosità.

Fast Park® all'aeroporto di Trento (3 Gennaio 2008) Anche a Trento, con la necessità di potenziare le infrastrutture, in aeroporto, emerge la consapevolezza che tra queste un ruolo rilevante e assolutamente non trascurabile, è occupato dalle strutture per la sosta. Un aeroporto funzionale che abbia come biglietto da visita per l'utenza e i suoi operatori un'efficiente gestione, nonché sicurezza e maggiore accessibilità dei servizi connessi, deve essere dotato di una capacità di posti auto proporzionale al suo afflusso. Prospettive di sviluppo di urgente attuazione e il bisogno repentino di ricorrere a tipologie di parcheggio più flessibili hanno portato l'attenzione sull'opportunità immediatamente realizzabile offerta da Fast Park®, il sistema modulare e senza fondazioni fisse che permette di raddoppiare in tempi rapidissimi la capacità di parcheggio dell'area interessata. A constatarlo, la Società di Gestione dell'Aeroporto G.Caproni di Trento. Un nuovo Fast Park® potenzia attualmente un'area di 1.575 mq. L'attuale capacità di 160 posti auto raggiunta con la nuova area di sosta così attrezzata sostituisce ormai una vecchia superficie, dapprima utilizzata esclusivamente per la sosta selvaggia, e che, ora dotata di segnaletica, impianti di antincendio e illuminazione, ha contribuito a garantire le prestazioni di sicurezza in ambito aeroportuale. Una problematica che coinvolge sensibilmente l'interesse dell'industria aeroportuale e che trova in Fast Park® un fattore propulsivo. I tempi necessari alla realizzazione della nuova unità per la sosta sono stati addirittura inferiori a quelli previsti: 6 settimane di installazione rispetto alle nove previste in fase progettuale, per un totale di 160 posti auto. Un valore aggiunto del prodotto è offerto dalla possibilità di non vincolare l'area in modo permanente perché la struttura è smontabile e rende disponibile l'area di posa per un utilizzo differente. Un'opportunità che potrebbe rivelarsi molto utile per eventuali piani di intervento e sviluppo in futuro. Fast Park® approda in Francia: come raddoppiare le aree di sosta La realizzazione del primo Fast Park® in Francia è avvenuta ad ottobre presso il parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria di Valenciennes. Per la modularità e la flessibilità progettuale del sistema, Fast Park® assolve perfettamente alla funzione di parcheggio di scambio a servizio della stazione di Valenciennes, come già avvenuto in molte altre stazioni in Europa. Il comune di Valenciennes infatti era stato obbligato a ridurre considerevolmente il numero dei posti auto in area ferroviaria in virtù della nascita nella rete viaria cittadina della nuova linea di tram Transville. Con la nascita di un nuovo Fast Park®, 300 posti auto sostituiscono attualmente i 196 posti del vecchio parcheggio a raso. Effia Concessions, incaricato di trovare una risposta rapida al problema della sosta, ha adottato la soluzione Fast Park® per la rapidità dei tempi di installazione, che costituiva l'esigenza primaria del cliente: un solo trimestre è bastato per la realizzazione dell'opera. Inoltre, Fast Park® risulta particolarmente utile nelle aree di sosta affollate perché la sua natura modulare consente un'installazione per fasi in grado di ridurre al minimo i disagi arrecati agli utenti in fase di cantiere. Anche nel caso di Valenciennes, l'obiettivo principale di Fast Park® era ottimizzare il sistema e garantire il perfetto funzionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza. La fornitura standard comprende gli impianti di illuminazione sia al piano coperto che al piano terra, l'impianto di messa a terra, la segnaletica orizzontale e verticale, gli impianti di sicurezza e antincendio. Anche in Francia, presentato con la formula chiavi in mano, il sistema Fast Park® è il risultato di un lavoro altamente professionale, dal concepimento del progetto all'assistenza post-vendita. OPERAZIONE FAST PARK®: SMONTAGGIO E RIMONTAGGIO Nuovo parcheggio a Charleroi, Belgio Grazie alla modularità del sistema Fast Park®, a distanza di quattro anni dalla realizzazione del 2003, il primo ed il secondo parcheggio Fast Park® realizzati in Belgio sono stati smontati e rimontati per creare una nuova struttura di parcheggio presso il Parking "La Villette" alla stazione ferroviaria SNCB di Charleroi Sud. Gli elementi modulari del parcheggio di Place Monnet e parte di quelli di Defi-Jumet (rispettivamente 50 e 40 moduli) sono stati riutilizzati e ricombinati insieme per realizzare il nuovo parcheggio con l'aggiunta di alcune integrazioni, quali gli impianti di illuminazione al piano superiore ed alcune finiture esterne. Lo smontaggio delle due strutture è stato effettuato in poco più di trenta giorni lavorativi e facilitato, come si diceva, dalla natura modulare del sistema Fast Park® che ha consentito di recuperare ogni elemento: dalla struttura portante in acciaio, al piano carrabile. La fase di rimontaggio presso l'area di sosta a servizio della stazione è stata altrettanto semplice e veloce. Il parcheggio offre ora oltre 250 posti auto sui due piani e la minima durata dei lavori, unita alla divisione del cantiere in fasi costruttive, ha permesso di non chiudere mai definitivamente l'area, minimizzando così anche i danni agli stessi utilizzatori del parcheggio. Fast Park® in Vallonia Nuovo parcheggio Fast Park® a Namur, Capitale della Vallonia Un nuovo grande parcheggio Fast Park® da 747 posti auto è stato realizzato a Namur, capitale della Vallonia. L'area di sosta di proprietà comunale, che si estende su una superficie di 7.850 m2 è destinata ai pazienti, visitatori e staff del Centro Ospedaliero Regionale di Namur. I lavori per la realizzazione della struttura sono durati complessivamente 200 giorni e sono stati pianificati in due differenti fasi costruttive per garantire sempre un adeguato numero di posti auto durante i lavori. Il sistema Fast Park® è stato scelto in virtù delle sue originali caratteristiche tecniche e la possibilità operativa di installare le strutture metalliche prima ed effettuare, in seguito, la lavorazione del piano carrabile; ciò ha permesso di non chiudere mai completamente il parcheggio all'utenza. Inoltre, l'area di sosta è circondata nei quattro lati rispettivamente dalla tribuna del vecchio stadio "Soulier", dalla ferrovia, dalla società Henrard e dall'edificio principale dell'ospedale. Questa situazione imponeva il mantenimento di distacchi obbligati e anche una limitazione degli spazi per lo stoccaggio dei materiali. Altre soluzioni costruttive come parcheggi multi-piano o interrati non avrebbero avuto la stessa velocità di realizzazione. La scelta del sistema Fast Park® è stata suffragata anche da altre motivazioni: la superficie del parcheggio si presentava lievemente irregolare con altimetrie variabili e grazie ai dispositivi di regolazione alla base delle colonne, i salti di quota sono stati assorbiti. Inoltre, il locale sistema di smaltimento delle acque meteoriche perfettamente funzionante è stato integrato con il sistema di drenaggio del Fast Park®, evitando così costose opere civili per la ri-sistemazione del piazzale. Fast Park® per l’ospedale di Chorley Il Chorley & South Ribble District General Hospital ha aumentato la sua capacità di posti auto attraverso l'uso dell'innovativo sistema di parcheggio doppio-piano Fast Park®. Il management dell'ente sanitario regionale, il Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, dopo un'analisi degli spazi di sosta, aveva decretato la necessità di 200 posti auto in più e aveva scelto di sviluppare un'area di parcheggio di 2.500mq con superficie non asfaltata e un salto di quota di oltre 2m. Alla possibilità di effettuare lunghe e costose opere civili propedeutiche per la realizzazione di un parcheggio a raso, è stata preferita la grande adattabilità tecnica del sistema Fast Park ®. Grazie agli originali dispositivi di regolazione, la struttura ha permesso di assorbire, oltre alle irregolarità del terreno, anche le diverse pendenze. Fast Park | Upper deck

The upper deck is formed of independent and reinforced 2.5m x 5.0m concrete slabs, poured in-situ. The pavements are separated by moulded metal trough profiles which both, protect the edges of the concrete and provide a dedicated drainage system. The surface is finished with robust waterproofing and tarmac asphalt as the wearing course. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the deck provide appropriate traction for traffic but a negligible level of noise. The deck surface is designed to resist the effects of chemical (oils and hydrocarbons) and atmospheric agents.

Fast Park® at Trento Airport (January 3. 2008) The management of Trento Airport understands the importance of parking facilities as part of its operational infrastructure. It also recognises the need for those facilities to be of good quality and efficiency to meet the needs of all those persons who use the airport. Airport strategy must therefore consider the balance of supply and demand to connect all its services, to achieve a secure and attractive environment for its customers. Development of the airport resulted in an urgent need for additional car parking facilities and to deter "wild" unauthorised parking. Without additional land, it was not possible to simply extend ground level parking; it was obvious that more space could only be provided by a vertical structure and this need to had to be provided as quickly as possible. The management turned to Fast Park® well known for its specialist experience in providing solutions of this type. Trento Airport Management representative, G. Caproni, said, "Fast Park® very quickly designed a car park, using their free-standing, modular system to provide a first floor deck above a surface parking of 1600sqm, with all road signs and markings, anti-fire and lighting to give a fully turnkey solution to address the surplus parking demand. Originally programmed to be quickly installed, Fast Park® was uniquely able to complete the project and bring the 160 space car park into operation 3 weeks early, and in full compliance with the Airport's specification and security. Convenient and available parking is a large concern for all airports and the Fast Park® solution offers a new facility that will give drivers much more confidence to find a space to park and make using the airport services far more attractive". As an added benefit, although the Fast Park® system is technologically engineered to be permanent, it can be 100% dismantled and if removed would leave no environmental footprint - a distinct advantage for anyone, if future development of the land must be considered. Fast Park® in France: how to get to a double parking area The first Fast Park® installation in France was completed in October this year at the Railway Station Car Park in Valenciennes. As a modular, flexible system Fast Park® suits perfectly the role of a Park and Ride facility at the Railway Station in Valenciennes, as well as in many other railway stations across Europe. The Municipality of Valenciennes was actually forced to reduce considerably the number of parking bays because of the introduction in the urban rail network of the tramway line Transville. By means of a new Fast Park® modular unit, 300 car spaces replace now the old capacity of 196 places of the original surface car park. Charged with the task of providing a prompt reply to the congestion at the railway station, the car park management company Effia Concessions, has chosen Fast Park® to get the chance of a very quick and safe installation; which exactly complied to the primary customer's need: the works only lasted three months. A further Fast Park® advantage is its flexible, phased installation which allows minimum disruption to the use of the car park all along the installation process. System optimization and continuous improvement of the safety case are the main goals pursued by Fast Park®. TWO CAR PARKS INTO ONE: THE FLEXIBILITY OF FAST PARK® New parking deck in Charleroi, Belgium Under the client's request, the first and the second Fast Park® structures installed for the town of Charleroi, Belgium, four years ago have recently been dismantled and re-installed in order to create one new car park. In just thirty working days, fifty modules comprising the "Place Monnet" Parking and forty modules of "Defi -Jumet" were dismantled and entirely reused, together with new lighting components and external finishes, to realise the new single car park. Re-installation to the area serving the station proved fast and simple demonstrating the flexible nature of the Fast Park® system that permits reuse of the whole steel framed structure and its concrete paved deck. The installation process was scheduled so as to cause the least disruption or inconvenience by guaranteeing adequate spaces to the ongoing parking operation and its users. The enhanced structure, located at "la Villette" near the SNCB railway station in Charleroi, Provides now 250 car spaces. Fast Park® in Wallonia In Namur, Capital of Wallonia, a new park-deck Fast Park® A new big park-deck Fast Park ® of 747 car places has been built in Namur, capital of the Wallonia. The municipal-owned parking area extends over a surface of 7.850 m2, bound to patients, visitors and staff of the Regional Hospital Center based in Namur. The works for the carrying out of the structure took totally 200 days and have been planned into two different building phases, in order to preserve the right number of needed car places during the yard-period. The Fast Park® system has been selected for its technical specifications and its operational possibility, first to install the metallic components and, then, to develop the works on the deck surface; that is to say, the car-park has never been completely closed to its users. Besides, the parking area is surrounded on four sides respectively by the tribune of the ancient Stadium Soulier, by the railway, by the Henrard Company's area and by the main building of the hospital. This situation obliged to the observance of the distance constraints and also a reduction of the spaces for the materials storage. Alternative constructional solutions like multi-storey parkings or parking garages would have never been completed so quickly. Further reasons supported the choice of the Fast Park® System: the parking surface was a little irregular because of its own different altimetrical features, but, thanks to the adjustment devices present in the pillars, each height inclination has been balanced. Moreover, the system of discharge of the rain water is perfectly working with the drainage system of the Fast Park®, so that every possible expensive civil work for the rebuilding of the area has been avoided. Fast Park® at Chorley Hospital Chorley & South Ribble District General Hospital (The Lancashire Teaching Hospital) has increased its parking capacity by use of an innovative, modular car park decking system. The Trust reviewed its car parking requirements and concluded that it needed to provide 220 additional spaces to relieve pressure from the significant demand at the site. The area chosen for the installation had merely been prepared in stone without proper surfacing. The site would normally have had to be levelled by means of a bulk-dig but due to the flexibility of the Fast Park® design, the need for excavation and retention of steep embankments with retaining walls could be avoided. The introduction of Fast Park® has resulted in significant savings in cost, time and avoided the usual inconveniences of a traditional build, such as dirty roads during excavation, road closures for deliveries, noise and high levels of turbid pollution in the air. The new car park was opened to hospital staff within three months of commencing the works; far quicker than any other available solution.

It is possible to install the Fast Park® structure in a seismic zone?  Yes. Fast Park® has been specifically designed with special reinforced elements to enable use in seismic zones. What is the life expectancy of the structure?  The Fast Park® system is composed of high quality materials. All Fast Park® system elements are treated with hot zinc galvanising by immersion, giving the steel frame a double, physical and electrolytic protection.   The concrete used for construction of the deck surface elements is carefully vibrated with an additional fluidity agent, in order to increase mechanical resistance and waterproofing.   After the waterproofing membrane, deck surfaces are additionally covered in asphalt or resin materials to assure a correct mechanical protection for the concrete.

The Fast Park® system is composed of 5.0m x 5.0m modular elements in steel. The pillars and the beams form a hot-dipped galvanized, steel frame. Fast Park | Airports

The fast installation is the main benefit of the Fast Park® system in airport sites where the needs of car parking spaces is strictly connected to development plans. Fast Park® is the evolution of a modular solution originally designed for Rome's Leonardo da Vinci Airport in 1989, when it was urgently needed to provide a fast enhancement to car parking capacity for a world event. One phase of the original installation has since been relocated to Milan's Linate Airport. Il Fast Park® è stato realizzato in numerosi parcheggi di stazioni ferroviarie e in parcheggi cosiddetti scambiatori grazie alla possibilità offerta dal sistema di essere facilmente smontato ed eventualmente rimontato in un'altra area di parcheggio. In tal modo lo sviluppo del sistema dei trasporti e della mobilità ha un alleato prezioso: il sistema Fast Park® permette, infatti, di utilizzare il territorio in maniera temporanea e non vincolante. Infine, il Fast Park® si dimostra particolarmente utile nelle aree di sosta maggiormente congestionate, perché la natura modulare del sistema permette di operare per fasi costruttive, senza cioè interrompere del tutto l'accesso al parcheggio con conseguente minore penalizzazione dell'utenza.

Nascendo come sistema di parcheggio a Roma Fiumicino, nel 1989, uno dei principali aeroporti italiani, il Fast Park® ha dimostrato le proprie originali soluzioni tecniche nelle operazioni di rimontaggio (da Fiumicino a Milano Linate, nel 1995) e ha evoluto i nuovi pavimenti a getto di calcestruzzo in opera (Bologna, nel 1999). Inoltre, il recente e imprevedibile sviluppo degli aeroporti cosiddetti minori, grazie alle nuove compagnie low-cost, rende il Fast Park® di particolare attualità come la soluzione ideale per la sosta rapida, efficace ed economica.

Fast Park | Centri urbani

Il sistema Fast Park® ha trovato notevoli applicazioni nei contesti urbani, anche quando la presenza di vincoli di varia natura avrebbe impedito la realizzazione di altre infrastrutture. Infatti, vincoli archeologici hanno spesso ostacolato la realizzazione di parcheggi sotterranei, mentre nel caso di strutture in elevazione, sono in genere i vincoli architettonici a suscitare le maggiori perplessità. L'assenza di opere di fondazione e la modesta dimensione in altezza del sistema Fast Park® hanno reso possibile ottenere autorizzazioni all'uso a parcheggio per aree con vincoli archeologici o ambientali, come nei casi di Tivoli, di Vicenza o Tarragona in Spagna, dove il Fast Park® è appoggiato su un cimitero Romano dei primi secoli d.C. Un altro caso assai frequente e di felice applicazione del sistema è quello in cui il carattere semi-permanente del Fast Park® ha consentito, in deroga agli strumenti urbanistici, di realizzare interventi a tempo determinato in zone destinate dal piano regolatore ad altri usi, anche nei casi in cui il titolare dell'attività non coincideva con il proprietario del suolo.

Fast Park | Ospedali

Assai spesso le opere di costruzione di infrastrutture per parcheggi in ambito ospedaliero creano non indifferenti disagi all'utenza, e in alcuni casi, nel periodo di cantierizzazione vengono prodotti danni che risultano maggiori dei benefici offerti dal parcheggio una volta entrato in funzione, uno o più anni dopo. Una della cause di quanto affermato è che le superfici utilizzate o coinvolte dal cantiere sono in realtà molto più ampie dell'area dell'edificio sia per la natura propria dei cantieri tradizionali che necessitano di aree operative allargate, sia per il fatto che quando si va ad occupare una superficie già utilizzata a parcheggio si possono provocare ripercussioni importanti e imprevedibili sul traffico di tutto un settore urbano. Il successo del Fast Park® in ambito ospedaliero è forse spiegato dal fatto che oltre ad essere di veloce installazione, esso non produce effetti collaterali: l'area operativa del cantiere è grande quanto il manufatto, le lavorazioni sono per propria natura poco rumorose ed effettuate con mezzi d'opera di modeste dimensioni e non producono materiali residui.

L'accoppiamento delle piastre realizza un originale sistema di drenaggio delle acque meteoriche e di lavaggio. Il pavimento viene rifinito superficialmente, con la messa in opera di una guaina impermeabile e successivamente con uno strato di conglomerato bituminoso come tappetino di usura. Le caratteristiche fisiche e meccaniche degli elementi costituenti il solaio, conferiscono alla pavimentazione del sistema Fast Park® i giusti requisiti di aderenza dei pneumatici, di resistenza agli agenti chimici e atmosferici, nonché un trascurabile livello di rumorosità e lo rendono del tutto paragonabile ad un tradizionale piano carrabile.

Das Fast Park® ist ein neues Parksystem, das die Aufstockung der existierenden Parkflächen sowie die Verdoppelung der Zahl der Parkplätze in kurzer Zeit ermöglicht. Das modulare Baukasten-System aus fliegenden Bauten wird direkt auf der Fläche des Platzes grundstückunabhängig zusammengebaut und kann auf Flächen, die an Planimetrie und Höhenmessung unterschiedlich sind, wieder an- und abgebaut werden. Das Fast Park® System ist ein stabiler, dauerhafter Parkplatz, der zugleich als umkehrbarer, idealer Lösungsbeitrag zum Problem des Halten, wobei es sich an unterschiedlichen Umwelt- und Städtebausituationen mit Flexibilität anpasst.

Fast Park | Ausstattung und Umweltsanpassung

Im Rahmen des Projektes achtet das Fast Park® System auf jede Beeinträchtigung der Umwelt, wobei die Kompatibilität des integrierten Systems und seine Anpassungsfähigkeit an der Umgebung nicht zu vernachlässigen ist, so dass es daraus eine effizient aufgeteilte und funktionsfähige Parkraumfläche sich ergibt. Durch eine umfangreiche Auswahl an zusätzlichen Bauelementen lässt sich das Fast Park® System persönlich je nach Anspruch der Benutzergruppe in verschiedener Art konzipieren. Unter anderem können folgende Ausstattungsteile bei der Lieferung vorausgesehen werden: Blumenkästen aus Wasserschotter im Erdgeschoss; Blumentöpfe aus Glasfaserkunststoff, die auf dem tragenden betonierten Bauwerk des Obergeschosses beruhen; Gitterplatten im Erdgeschoss.

Die mit dem Fast Park® System erstellten Parkplätze werden mit allen Anlagen geliefert, die eine richtige Parkraumbewirtschaftung sichern: Beleuchtungssystem der unteren Etage; Beleuchtungssystem der oberen Etage (auf Anfrage); Erdung und Schutzanlage vor Strömanschlag; Straßenschilderung- und Sicherheitsystem, waage- und senkrecht; Brandschutzanlage;

Fast Park | Konzessionäre und Lagerung

Die Geschwindigkeit der Installation steht beim Aufbau des Systems Fast Park® bei Konzessionären und Lagerungsflächen für PKW im Vordergrund. In diesem Fall gilt das System Fast Park® als nutzliche Investierung, um das Dienstleistungsangebot für die Kunden zu erweitern, ohne auf die Nachteile der belastend langfristigen Baustellen unterliegen müssen. Durch die Aufstockung der Flächen wird eine ausgerüstete Fläche auf dem bedecktem Erdgeschoss für die Wagenausstellung und der Obergeschoss als Lager verwendet.

Fast Park | Beschichtungen und Nachbearbeitung

Zur Vollständigkeit des Fast Park® Systems und zu einer angenehmer Umweltsanpassung dienen die Platten zur Fassadenverkleidung und sind in unterschiedlicher Farbe und Stilart verfügbar. Wandverkleidungsplatten: Fliegende stahlbetonierte Wandverkleidungsplatten mit Wasserschotter nachbearbeitet in verschiedener Farben verfügbar. Wandverkleidungsplatten mit sonderbaren Steinmaterialen (Marmor, Travertinstein, usw.) Stählerne Rahmungen Bestrichung der sichtbaren Umfangselemente des Bauwerks.

Fast Park | Montierung und Demontierung

Für die Regulierungsanlagen und das modulare System wirkt das Fast Park® für eine schnelle, einfache und effiziente Montierung. Zudem lässt sich das Fast Park® System leicht demontieren und bei Bedarf an einer anderen Parkfläche wieder montieren. Jedes einzelne Bauelement des Systems, sogar das ganze Balkengerüst im Obergeschoss können erneut installiert und für eine neue Parkanlage benutzt werden. Auf dem Entstehungsort veräußert sich die Anlage grundstückunabhängig, da es nach der Demontierung keine Spur der traditionellen Fundamente auf der Auflagefläche verbleibt. Das Fast Park® erzeugt keine geologiche, archäologische oder hydrogeologische Wirkung auf dem entsprechenden Implementierungsgebiet. Die Einsetzung des Fast Park® Systems zeichnet sich bei den Phasen der Planung im Stadtbau besonders geeignet - von der Verfassung bis zur Ausführung - aus: es bringt den Vorteil mit sich, das Gebiet nur vorübergehend und nicht unveränderlich einzuprägen, Fragen der Bewirtschaftung und burokratische Probleme zu lösen, die normalerweise die Bauentwicklung verhindern.

Fast Park | Regulierungsanlagen

Das Fast Park® System ist aus modularen, (jew. 5mt Breite und Länge) Bauteile zusammengesetzt, die aus feuerverzinktem Stahl bestehen. Ein Tragsystem mit festem Gerüst, Pfeilern und Balken. Der untere Teil des Pfeilers enthält ein Regulierungssystem, das erlaubt, einerseits die ungleichmäßigen Bodenabsenkungen oder Höhensprünge im Auflagebereich zu vermeiden und andererseits die Flächen der aufgestockten Etage zu variieren. Durch direkt auf dem Asphaltauflagebereich liegende Stutzscheiben lassen sich übermäßige Belastungen der Bauteile in Bezug auf Erdwidrigkeit ausschalten: in der Mitte der Scheibe an der Basis sorgt ein Kugelgelenk dafür, dass der Pfeiler senkrecht steht. Der Pfeiler ist zudem mit einem Gewindebolzen und entsprechender Schelle ausgestattet und dadurch in der Höhenregulierbarkeit sichergestellt; regulierbar sind auch die Windstreben, die die Pfeiler in Verbindung setzen und außergewöhnliche Beanspruchungen auf den Bauteilen des Werks ausweichen. Das Fast Park® System lässt sich an der Originalität eigener Projektmerkmalen erkennen, da diese mit sich den Vorteil einer schnellen, effizienten Montierung, einer leichten Instandhaltung und eventuell einer weiteren Verwendung der Bauteile in andere Gebiete bringen.

Fast Park | Finanzierungsart

Die Parkanlage Fast Park®, abschreibbar durch ein knapp fünfjähriges Parkraummanagements. Dieser Vorschlag wurde professionellen Bankinstituten erarbeitet und ist für eine Stadtverwaltung besonders geeignet, die Probleme des Haltens und des Verkehrs lösen will und die Entscheidung trifft, in einer Parkanlage als Lösungsfaktor zu investieren. Die Bewirtschaftung der Fast Park® Flächen ermöglicht nämlich einen positiven Zugang des Cash Flow, so dass sowohl Bewirtschaftung- und Instandhaltungskosten als auch die Raten des Leasings, die zum Aufbau dieser Infrastruktur dienen, gedeckt werden. Die Montierung des Systems Fast Park® ist schnell, dazu kommt eine kurze Leasingdauer und die Kunden können binnen kürzester Zeit die Parkanlage benutzen. Darf die Anlage Fast Park® im Erdbebengebiet aufgebaut werden?  Ja. Durch die Stütz- und Festigungsteile ist die Parkanlage erdbebenwidrig und erzeugt keine Auswirkung auf Stabilität und Sicherheit des Parkplatzes. Wie ist der Dauerzustand der Parkanlage?  Durch die Qualität seiner eigenen Materialien ist das System Fast Park® wetterbestandsfähig und stellt sich auf die Dauer sicher. Alle Metallteile werden heiss verzinkt, damit der Stahl eine doppelte Schutzbeschichtung physisch und elektrolytisch bekommt. Die befahrbare Fläche besteht aus Stahlbeton und Abnutzungsdecke, die zur Sicherung der Verschleißfestigkeit, Wasserundurchlässigkeit dienen und das Geräusch verringern.

Fast Park® am Trient Flughafen (3. Januar 2008) Beim Entwicklungsbedarf der Verkehrsbauten im Flughafengebiet spielen die Parkbauten auch eine wichtige, nicht zu vernachlässigende Rolle. In Trient kommt es jetzt zum Bewusstsein. Als Visitenkarte eines erfolgreichen Flughafens gilt: den Empfang vom Operator-Team und der Fluggästen funktionsfähig und effizient zu verwalten; hohe Sicherheit und einen leichteren Zugang zu den dazugehörenden Diensten zu gewährleisten; nicht zuletzt, dass es sich Parkraumkapazität und Parkraumbedarf im Flughafengebiet im richtigen Ausmaß gegenüberstehen. Wie die AG Flughafen G. Caproni in Trient festgestellt hat: Plötzlich auftauchende Entwicklungsziele, sowie die Notwendigkeit, die passende Lösung zum Parknot nur vorübergehend zu finden, haben die Aufmerksamkeit auf flexiblere Parkbauten schenken lassen, die man in rascher Zeit durchsetzen kann. Fast Park® stellt in dem Fall die beste Lösung dar. Ein neuer Fast Park® bedeckt nun eine Parkfläche mit 1600 Qm. Die durch die Entstehung von Fast Park® erreichte aktuelle Kapazität von 160 Stellplätzen ersetzt die ursprüngliche Fläche, die zuvor nicht ausgerüstet war und ausschließlich zum wilden Parken diente. Die Parkfläche ist mit Signalisierungs-, Brandschutz- und Beleuchtungssystem versehen und hat großen Beitrag jetzt zur Verbesserung der Dienstleistungen zur Sicherheit im Flughafengebiet gegeben. Am Schwerpunkt Sicherheit besteht es besonders Interesse in der Flughafenindustrie und Fast Park® stellt einen Entwicklungselement dar. Benötigte Installationszeit war sogar kürzer als die, die man vorausgesehen hat: 9 Wochen nach der Planung wurden zu 6 bei der Projektdurchsetzung, mit insgesamt 160 Stellplätzen. Mehrwert am Produkt liegt bei Fast Park® darin, dass die Parkanlage total demontierbar ist, so dass die Parkfläche für einen neu kommenden Anwendungszweck zur Verfügung stehen kann. Was sich auch ergibt, ist eine profitierbare Möglichkeit für eventuelle zusätzliche oder neue Entwicklungsprojekte. Fast Park® landet in Frankreich: wie man die Parkfläche verdoppelt Die erste französische Fast Park® Installierung findet in Oktober am Parkplatz des Hauptbahnhofs in Valenciennes statt. Das flexible Baukastensystem Fast Park® gilt als der perfekte P+R Parkplatz beim französischem Hauptbahnhof, genauso wie es schon bei mehreren Bahnhöfen in Europa erfolgte. Tatsächlich war es der Stadtverwaltung Valenciennes notwendig, die Stellplatzanzahl am Bahnhof stark zu reduzieren, da die neue Straßenbahnlinie Transville eingeführt werden sollte. Nachdem eine neue Fast Park® Parkanlage entstand, haben nun 300 Stellplätze die alten 196 des ursprünglichen Parkplatzes ersetzt. Fast Park® füllte die Erwartungen des Auftraggebers Effia Concessions aus, der dafür zuständig war, die richtige Lösung zum Parknot im Bahnhofsgelände so schnell wie möglich zu finden. Rasche Installierung steht bei Ihrer Entscheidung im Vordergrund : In nur drei Monaten war das Werk beendet. Fast Park® zeigt sich besonders benutzerfreundlich bei belasteten Parkflächen, da das modulare System keine Unterbrechung des alltäglichen Zugang zum Parkplatz benötigt und deshalb während der Aufbauphase den Benutzern nicht schadet. Hauptziel bei Fast Park® ist das Parkplatzsystem zu optimieren, wobei man auf die perfekte Funktionsweise der Sicherheitsanlagen ständig geachtet wird. Die Standard Lieferung Fast Park® schließt ein : Beleuchtungssystem, Erdung und Schutzanlage vor Strömanschlag, Straßenschilderung und Sicherheitssystem, waage- und senkrecht, Brandschutzanlage. Das System Fast Park® ist als Ergebnis einer sehr professionellen Arbeit, von der Projektentstehung bis zur Kundenbetreuung nach Einkauf, schlüsselfertig in den franzosischen Markt eingeführt worden. OPERATION FAST PARK®: DEMONTIERUNG UND NEUE INSTALLIERUNG Ein neuer Parkplatz in Charleroi, Belgien Dank des Prinzips des grundstückunabhängigen Baukastensystems Fast Park® hat man vier Jahre nach der Installierung 2003 der ersten und zweiten Fast Park® in Belgien diese ab- und wieder aufgebaut, um den neuen Parkplatz "La Villette" beim Hauptzugbahnhof SNCB in Charleroi Sud zu liefern. Man hat die Modulteile des Parkplatzes in Place Monnet und ein Teil derjenigen, die Defi-Jumet gehörten (d.h. 50 und 40 Modulteile) mit zusätzlichem Zubehör, wie z.B. Beleuchtungssystem für die erste Etage und einige Nachbearbeitungsteile zusammengebaut. Der Abbau der beiden Parkplätze hat weniger als 30 Arbeitstage gedauert und ist wie gesagt vom Baukastensystem mit fliegenden Bauten erleichtert worden. Das modulare Bauprinzip von Fast Park® hat ermöglicht, jedes Bauteil in den neuen Parkplatz einzuschließen: vom stählernen Balkengerüst zu den stahlbetonierten Scheiben der befahrbaren Fläche. Die Zeit der Parkanbau auf der Parkfläche beim Zughauptbahnhof war ebenfalls leicht und schnell. Der Parkplatz verfügt jetzt über 250 Stellplätze auf zwei Ebenen und man schadet nicht während der Aufbauphase den Benutzern, weil das modulare System sowie die geringe Bauzeit, keine Unterbrechung des alltäglichen Zugang zum Parkplatz benötigen lassen. Fast Park® in Wallonien Fast Park® in Namur, ein neuer Parkplatz in der Hauptstadt Walloniens Ein neuer breiter Parkplatz Fast Park® mit 747 Stellplätze ist in der Hauptstadt Walloniens aufgebaut worden. Der Parkraum, der zur Stadtverwaltung gehört, breitet sich auf einer 7.850 m2 breite Fläche aus und sorgt für den Parkraumbedarf von Patienten, Besuchern und Stab des Landesklinikum Namur. Für den Aufbau der Parkanlage dauerten die Bauarbeiten insgesamt 200 Tage und zwei unterschiedliche Bauabschnitte wurden geplant, damit man eine ausreichende Zahl an Autoplätze nicht während der Bauzeit reduzieren sollte. Entscheidenswert für den Auswahl des Systems Fast Park® wurden seine eigenen technischen Kennzeichen, und zwar die Möglichkeit, zuerst die eisernen Bauelemente einzuführen, und dann mit der Bearbeitung und Implementierung der oberen befahrbaren Fläche zu beginnen; was ermöglicht hat, die Nutzung der unteren Parkfläche nicht völlig zu verhindern. Außerdem ist die Parkraumfläche auf vier Seiten begrenzt: von der Tribune des alten Soulier Stadions, von der Eisenbahn, von der Fläche der Hernard Gesellschaft und vom Hauptgebäude des Krankenhauses. Diese Situation zwang dazu, die pflichtende Abstände zu beachten und verursachte eine Einschränkung des Lagerungsraums für die Materialien. Andere Baulösungen wie z.B Parkhäuser oder Tiefgaragen würden dem Fast Park® an Geschwindigkeit der Bauzeit nicht gleichen. Die Entscheidung für den Fast Park® wurde aus weiteren Gründen getroffen: die Parkfläche zeigte sich etwas steil, mit unterschiedlichen Hohensprüngen, die dank der Regulierungsanlagen im Grundteil des Pfeilers, nachjustiert werden. Nicht zuletzt funktioniert das innere System des Fast Park® zugleich perfekt sowohl für den Abfall der Regenwässer als auch als Dränungsanlage. Dadurch wird ein großer Aufwand für die Arbeiten des Bauamtes auf der umgebauten Fläche vermieden. Fast Park® am Krankenhaus in Chorley Chorley & South Ribble District General Hospital hat die Kapazität der Stellplätze durch die Anwendung des originalen zweigeschossigen Parksystem Fast Park® erhöht. Die Bewirtschaftung des regionalen Gesundheitswesens des Lancashire Teaching Hospitals hat nach einer Pruefnahme des Parkraums den Bedarf an weiteren 200 Wagenplätzen festgesetzt und entschieden, eine Parkzone auf einer asphaltlosen Fläche, die mit 2500 qm Weite und einem Hoehensprung über 2 mt. Höhe versehen ist, zu entwickeln*. Wegen der technischen Anpassungsfähigkeit hat man das Fast Park® System der Möglichkeit, mit langfristigen und teuren gemeinnützigen Bauten zu starten, die die Erstellung eines Parckdecks voraussetzen, bevorzugt. Aufgrund der originellen Regulierungsanlagen hat die Parkanlage ermöglicht, sowohl das Problem des unregelmaessigen Flaecheninhalts als auch der zahlreichen Bodenabsenkungen, zu lösen. Der neue Parkplatz wurde mit einer Kapazität von 220 Stellplätzen binnen 3 Monaten gefertigt und eröffnet, viel schneller als alle weitere Lösungen auf dem Markt.

Fast Park | Befahrbare Flächen

Die befahrbare Fläche des Systems Fast Park® besteht aus gerippten, voneinander unabhängigen Scheiben aus Stahlbeton. Die Zusammensetzung der Scheiben erstellt ein originales Dränungssystem der Regen- und Abwaschwässer. Die Bodenfläche wird durch die Einlegung einer wasserfesten Schutzhülse und dazu einer bituminösen Beschichtung, die als verschleißfeste Decke gilt, nachbearbeitet. Der physische und mechanische Bestand der Bauelemente der Isolierungsdecke verleiht der Belegung des Systems Fast Park® eine entsprechende Reifenbodenhaftung, Widerstandskapazität gegen chemische Wirkstoffe, Wetterbeständigkeit und erniedrigen den Geräuschpegel, so dass es zu allen traditionellen befahrbaren Flächen nichts zu beneiden hat.

Fast Park | Zugbahnhöfe

Durch die leichte De- und Montierung wurde das Fast Park® System in zahlreichen Parkflächen der Zugbahnhöfe und den sogenannten Park & Ride Anlagen eingesetzt. Auf diese Weise stellt es der Entwicklung der Verkehrswesen und der Mobilität einen wertvollen Partner dar: das Fast Park® System ermöglicht, eine Fläche vorübergehend und unverbindlich zu besetzen. Das Fast Park® zeigt sich besonders nützlich auf den Parkflächen, die besonders belastet sind, da das modulare System keine Unterbrechung des alltäglichen Zugang zum Parkplatz benötigt und deshalb während der Aufbauphase den Benutzern nicht schadet.

Fast Park | Flughäfen

Die schnelle Montage und Lieferung des Produktes ist sehr hilfsreich vor allem in dem Fall, in dem der Bedarf an Parkplätzen zu dringenden Entwicklungsprojekten unterliegt - beispielsweise am Flughafen. Das Fast Park® ist in den wichtigsten italienischen Flughäfen (z. B.: 1989, Roma Fiumicino) entstanden. Dort konnte man die Originalität des Produktes beweisen, indem man die technische Lösung der neuen Montierung - 1995 wurde die Anlage von Fiumicino nach Milano Linate verlegt - und des Gußasphaltbodens mit Stahlbeton (1999, Bologna) sich feststellen ließ. Zudem läßt die unerwartete neue Entwicklung der sogennanten kleinen Flughäfen durch die Zunahme der Low Cost Fluggesellschaften den Fast Park® besonders aktuell und als ideale Lösung für das effiziente, preiswerte und schnelle Parken wirken.

Fast Park | Städte

Das System Fast Park® hat zahlreiche Anwendungen in den Städten gefunden, sogar wenn der Aufbau anderer Infrastrukturen auf Hindernisse allerarten stieß. Zum Beispiel haben die archäologischen Bedingungen der entsprechenden Fläche den Aufbau von Tiefgaragen verhindert, bzw. es treten im Fall vom Aufbau aufgestockter Parkhäuser architekturale Hindernisse auf. Die Grundstückunabhängigkeit und die geringe Höhe der Parkanlage Fast Park® ließen, Genehmigungen für die Flächennutzung als Parkraum trotz der archäologischen oder Umweltshindernisse erlangen. Es ist der Fall von Tivoli, Vicenza und vor allem Tarragona in Spanien. Dort liegt das Fast Park® auf einem römischen Friedhof aus den frühen Jahrhunderten. Ein oft vorkommender Fall besteht weiterhin darin, dass das Fast Park® aufgrund seiner Eigenschaften - fest und stabil, aber bei Bedarf schnell abmontierbar -, erlaubt, kurz- oder mittelfristige Interventionen in jenen Gebieten aufzuführen, in denen der Bebauungsplan andere Anwendungen voraussah. Das erfolgte auch in dem Fall, in dem der Leiter des Geschäftes und der Flächeninhaber nicht die gleiche Person waren.

Fast Park | Krankenhäuser

Sehr oft stellt die Bauarbeit beim Aufbau von Infrastrukturen wie Parkanlagen im Krankenhäusergebiet eine Schwierigkeit für den Benutzerkreis dar. Es werden in manchen Fällen wegen der Baustelle mehr Schaden als Vorteile gebracht, die die Parkanlage mit sich bringt, wenn sie nach einem oder mehreren Jahren tätig wird. Eine der Ursachen dieses Phänomens liegt darin, dass die durch die Baustelle bedeckte oft breiter als die von der Anlage besetzten Fläche ist. Fast Park® ergibt sich im Krankenhäusergebiet darum erfolgreich: rasch bei der Implementierungszeit; es bringt keine negative Nebenwirkung mit sich; die Baustelle ist nicht breiter als die Anlage und die Bauarbeiten sind auf keinem Fall laut und stören nicht, das Werkzeug ist nicht sperrig und es bleiben keine Restmaterialien.

Fast Park | Kaufhäuser

Die Parkfläche eines Kaufhauses stellt ohne Zweifel seine Visitenkarte dar. Wenn man nicht lange auf der Suche nach dem Platz stehenbleiben muss, wenn man der Verkehr dadurch nicht überlastet wird und die Parksteuerung es leicht hat, wird der Kunde denn dieser Kaufstelle Vorzug geben. Das Fast Park® System stellt bequeme Wagenplätze angenehm und sicher zu, da der Parkplatz offen und auf allen Seiten durch das Beleuchtungssystem gut erhellt ist. Les dispositifs de réglage et la nature modulaire assurent un système d'installation et simple, rapide et efficace. Le système Fast Park® offre aussi la possibilité d'être démontée et ré-assemblée sur d'autres zones. Tous les composants de la structure, inclus le plancher, peuvent être complètement réutilisées dans une autre installation. Fast Park | Dispositifs de reglage

Le Fast Park® est un système composé par éléments modulaires 5,00m x 5,00m en acier galvanisé à chaud qui réalisent un ourdissage de poutres et piliers. L'articulation sphérique à la base assure immédiatement la parfaite verticalité de la colonne ; même en cas de fléchissement non homogène sous la structure. C'est ainsi que la base peut s'adapter à certaines inégalités de la surface du terrain, tout en assurant une surface de parking supérieure parfaitement horizontale. L'élément de régulation en hauteur de la colonne (pivot cylindrique fileté) permet un ajustement permanent de la hauteur, même en cas d'affaissement de terrain, de même une flexibilité dans le choix de la hauteur sous dalle du parking. Les contreventements réglables donnent la possibilité d'éliminer les sollicitations anormales sur les éléments structuraux. Grâce aux détails du design et à l'originalité de construction, la structure Fast Park® peut assurer une installation rapide et efficace, une maintenance simple et éventuellement une utilisation successive des composant dans autres aires de parking.

Fast Park® a l'aeroport de Trento (3 Janvier 2008) Pour satisfaire à la nouvelle infrastructure et l'augmentation de la capacité de l'Aéroport de Trento, il a été tenu compte que le Parking y joue un rôle important et non négligeable. La Carte de Visite de n'importe quel Aéroport c'est un management efficace, en d'autres termes une Sécurité excellente et une meilleure stratégie d'accès a tous les services, tels que la juste proportion entre la capacité d'un parking et la demande de places. Les perspectives d'un développement urgent et le besoin soudain pour des systèmes de parking plus flexibles tels qu'offert par Fast Park® ont permis de réaliser cette demande en réalité immédiate, en effet c'est le système modulaire qui permet de doubler l'aire de parking dans un temps très court et sans besoin pour les fondations traditionnelles. Fast Park® en France: comment dedoubler l'aire de stationnement L'achèvement de la première installation Fast Park® en France a eu lieu en octobre sur le parking de la gare de Valenciennes. Grâce à la modularité et à la flexibilité du système, Fast Park® répond parfaitement à la fonction du Parking-Relais au service de la gare de Valenciennes, telle que développée dans d'autres gares en Europe. La Ville de Valenciennes avait en effet été obligée de réduire considérablement les places de stationnement dans le secteur de la gare en vue de l'introduction dans la voirie urbaine de la nouvelle ligne de tramway Transville. Grâce à la nouvelle structure Fast Park®, 300 places de stationnement remplacent aujourd'hui les 196 places de l'ancien parking au sol. Le maître d'ouvrage " Effia Concessions " chargé de trouver une prompte réponse aux problèmes de stationnement de la gare a envisagé l'emploi de Fast Park® pour sa rapidité d'installation ; ce qui constituait l'exigence prioritaire du client : un seul trimestre était prévu pour la réalisation de l'ouvrage. En plus, Fast Park® se montre particulièrement utile dans des aires de stationnement fortement fréquentées car sa nature modulaire permet de procéder à l'installation de la structure par phasages, ce qui réduit au minimum les inconvénients pour les usagers. L'objectif majeur de Fast Park® est d'optimaliser le système et perfectionner les dispositifs de sécurité. La fourniture standard d'un Fast Park® comprend les équipements d'éclairage du niveau couvert et du niveau supérieur, l'équipement pour les prises de terre, la signalisation routière verticale et horizontale et de sécurité et un équipement complet de sécurité anti feu. Le système Fast Park® a été introduit en France sous la forme " clés en main " : résultat d'un travail professionnel de la naissance du projet jusqu'à l'assistance après la vente. OPERATION FAST PARK®: DEMONTAGE ET REMONTAGE Un nouveau parking à Charleroi, Belgique C'est au moyen des structures modulaires du système Fast Park® réalisés en 2003,que nous avons construit la nouvelle structure du parking "La Villette", le parking de la gare routière SNCB de Charleroi Sud, en démontant et remontant le premier et deuxième parking Fast Park® installés en Belgique. Les éléments modulaires du parking de Place Monnet et une partie des modules du parking Défi-Jumet (respectivement 50 et 40 modules) ont été réemployés et combinés pour la réalisation du nouveau parking, en y ajoutant les équipements d'éclairage au niveau supérieur et quelques accessoires de finition externe. Le démontage des deux structures a été réalisé en une trentaine de jours sans aucun problème, ce qui nous a permis de récupérer chaque élément ; de la structure en acier aux dalles du plancher. La phase de remontage sur la nouvelle aire de stationnement a été très simple et rapide. Le parking offre actuellement plus de 250 emplacements voitures sur deux niveaux. La durée minime des ouvrages, grâce au phasage en chantier, a permis de ne pas fermer complètement le parking aux usagers et de réduire les pertes d'exploitation de l'aire de stationnement. Fast Park® en Wallonie Un nouveau parking Fast Park® à Namur, Capitale de la Wallonie Un nouveau grand parking Fast Park® de 747 emplacements a été réalisé à Namur, capitale de la Wallonie. L'aire de stationnement d'une surface de 7.850 m², propriété de la Ville sera destinée aux visiteurs, patients et staff du Centre Hospitalier Régional de Namur . Les travaux pour la réalisation de la structure ont duré au total 200 jours et on été conçus en deux phases de construction afin de garantir un nombre satisfaisant d'emplacements pendant les travaux. Le système Fast Park® a été choisi en fonction de ses caractéristiques techniques originales et la possibilité opérationnelle de stocker sur place les structures métalliques avant d'effectuer le montage du plancher ; ce qui a permis de ne pas fermer complètement le parking aux usagers. En plus, l'aire de stationnement est circonscrite par quatre côtés, la tribune de l'ancien stade Soulier, le chemin de fer, la société Henrard et le bâtiment principal de l'hôpital. Cette situation imposait le maintien des distances obligatoires ainsi que des espaces réduits pour le stockage des matériaux. D'autres solutions constructibles de types parking multi-étages ou souterrain n'auraient pas eu la même vitesse de réalisation. Le choix du système Fast Park® a également été approuvé pour d'autres raisons : surface irrégulière du parking existant (altimétrie variable) grâce à un dispositif de réglage à la base des piliers, les inégalités du terrain et les ondulations ont été absorbées. En autre, le système de drainage des eaux pluviales étant en parfait état de fonctionnement a été intégré dans le system Fast Park® ; cela a permis d'éviter des coûts complémentaires de génie civil. Fast Park® à l’hôpital de Chorley Le Hôpital Général de Chorley & South Ribble District a augmenté sa capacité d'emplacements à travers l'utilisation du système de parking double-étage Fast Park®. Le management du Centre Hospitalier Régional, le Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, après une analyse des aires de stationnement avait conçu la nécessité de 200 places et avait choisi de développer une aire de parking de 2.500m² avec surface en terre et avec des inégalités de surface de 2m. Au lieu d'effectuer des oeuvres civiles propédeutiques très longues et chères pour la réalisation d'un parking en surface, on a préféré la grande adaptabilité technique du système Fast Park®. Grâce aux dispositifs de réglage, la structure a permis d'absorber les différentes pentes du terrain. Le nouveau parking, capable de 220 places, a été ouvert et il est maintenant fonctionnant après seulement 3 mois de travaux, beaucoup plus vite que toute autre solution disponible.

Fast Park | Le plancher

Le plancher supérieur du système Fast Park® est constitué par des éléments indépendants en béton armé vibré (5.0 x 2.50 m) Le plancher est également pourvu de grilles et saignées d'évacuations des eaux pluviales reliées aux descentes verticales. La surface de roulement est finie avec une membrane d'imperméabilisation et recouvert d'une couche d'asphalte. Les particularités physiques et mécaniques de la surface supérieure lui donnent des caractéristiques appropriées d'adhérence des pneus et un niveau sonore négligeable. La surface supérieure est également résistante aux agents chimiques (huile et hydrocarbures) ainsi qu'aux agents atmosphériques.

Fast Park | Gares des trains

Le Fast Park® a été réalisée dans beaucoup de gares des trains et dans parking d'Exchange grâce a sa possibilité d'être aisément démontée et ré-assemblée sur autres aires de parking. Le système des transports et de la mobilité ont un précieuse alliée: le système Fast Park® permet, en effet, d'intervenir sur leur territoire sans effectuer des choix irrévocables. Et pour conclure le Fast Park® se montre particulier ment utile dans des aires de stationnement fortement fréquentées car la nature modulaire permet de procéder à l'installation de la structure pour phases en réduisant au minimum les inconvénients pour les usagers.

Fast Park | Hôpitaux

Souvent la construction des infrastructures pour le stationnement dans des endroits hospitaliers peut créer des inconvénients pour les usagers. Les surfaces utilisées pour la construction de parking traditionnelles sont très grandes et l'absence des aires de parking et routes réduites pour les travaux va créer aussi des problèmes de trafic. Le succès du Fast Park® dans des endroits hospitaliers s'explique soit pour la rapidité d'installation soit parce que l'aire du chantier est grande comme la structure finale et tous les travaux produisent peu noise et il n'y a aucune trace d'éléments résiduels sur le lieu de la construction.

Fast Park | Centres urbains

Le système Fast Park® a trouvé nombreuses applications quand même la présence de contraintes de nature archéologiques aurait pu empêcher la réalisation des autre typologie de parking. En effet les contraintes archéologiques ont obstacle la réalisation de parking souterrain tandis que des structures en élévation vont créer problèmes architectoniques. L'absence des oeuvres de fondation et les dimensions en hauteur du système Fast Park® ont permis l'autorisation à utiliser le parking pour aires avec obligations archéologiques ou du milieu, comme dans les cas de Tivoli, Vicenza ou Tarragona en Espagne, où le Fast Park® est simplement appuyé sur un cimetière Romain des premier siècles A.C. La fonctionnalité et versatilité de construction du Fast Park® permettent de l'utiliser comme parking provisoire sur des zones destinées dans le futur à d'autres affectations. Dans ce cas le Fast Park® est particulier ment utile aussi quand le propriétaire de l'aire n'est pas le même de celui qui exploit le parking.
