The structure is supplied with external aesthetic cladding from a standard range. Other options are available.

Cladding is designed to meet the needs of a corporate image or that of planners. The options are:

• Prefabricated, exterior panels in lightweight concrete surfaces finished with washed gravel
• Steel side-cladding panels (Wall panels)
• Special panels (marble, stones, etc.)
• Coated steel architectural elements
• A modular roofing system to the top floor pre-engineered to be clad with photovoltaic panels.
