Yes. Fast Park^® has been specifically designed with special reinforced elements to enable use in seismic zones.

What is the life expectancy of the structure?

Composed of high quality, resistant materials, the Fast Park^® system has a long life cycle and durability. All Fast Park^® system elements are treated with hot zinc galvanising by immersion, giving the steel frame a double, physical and electrolytic protection.

The concrete used for construction of the deck surface elements is carefully vibrated with an additional fluidity agent, in order to increase mechanical resistance and waterproofing. The product was also successfully noise-tested.

Is Fast Park^® a solar parking?

An additional roofing system to the top floor has been pre-engineered to be optionally clad with sun shades.
