Airports

Originally designed to meet the parking needs of an International airport authority, the system Fast Park^® solves today the problem of congestion in many international airports. Hospitals

Traditional parking facilities in hospital sites very often create inconveniences to users because of the length of works. Spaces are often lost to provide for the needs of site storage of tools and equipment and plant and building materials which can be very large. The loss of car parking spaces contributes to other parking and traffic congestion concerns.

Fast Park^® is successful in hospital environments because the installation is a compartmental progression across a car park using only a pick-up based HIAB, small fork-lift truck and hand tools and causes the least disruption to an ongoing parking operation, and just as importantly, to its revenue stream. Installation is without the disruption normally associated with traditional building. There is no use of large cranes or plant and the site is clean with very minimal noise.

Shopping Centres

The best welcome in a retail area is its nice, accessible parking area. If it is easy to find, a car parking space, with simple maneuvering and without traffic congestion, means to the customer to comfortably reach the point of sales. The Fast Park^® system assures generous bays and with its open and well lit environment; one of the factors of safe and secure car parks. In appropriate circumstances a modular car park deck can make a very substantial difference to the efficiency and economy of a commercial operation.

Motor Dealers

Efficiency of car storage and fast installation are two of many outstanding benefits of the Fast Park^® system to car dealers. As shown by the example in a London suburb, at low cost, the system can be easily transformed into a prestigious showroom. Car parking enhancement on these commercial sites can be added value services to clients, without substantial economic investment.

Railway Stations

The Fast Park^® system has been successfully installed in many European railway stations offering its unique flexibility and cost-effectiveness where other solutions might not be appropriate or able to build. (i.e.: inside abandoned dismissed factories which could therefore be renewed).
